Khon Kaen Homes offers a comprehensive service for customers wishing to sell their property. We will arrange for all
potential purchasers to visit the property at a convenient time, answer all of their questions and when agreement to
purchase is made, our sales agent will prepare all legal contracts in relation to the sale of the property and
will be available for vendors and purchasers to discuss all matters relating to the exchange of the property.
At the time when the land/monies are exchanged the selling agent will appoint a representative to attend the land office,
and she will inform you when your attendance is required at the Land Office in order to complete the exchange.
This service has been much appreciated by our clients who have been saved many hours of inconvenience, queueing at the land office.
This service is provided free for properties that are sold for over 3,000,000 Baht, we will chage a fee of 3000 Baht for this service when
the sale price of a property is less than 3,000,000 baht. The above fees are not included in the 3% commission charge.
For rental properties we will prepare the contract and can arrange for collection of rents if required.
